This Cookie Policy explains how QRfarm uses cookies and browser storage when you visit qrfarm.io. It should be read together with the Privacy Policy.
1. What Are Cookies and Browser Storage?
Cookies are small text records that a website or service may store in your browser. They can support security, sessions, preferences and audience measurement.
Browser storage, such as local storage, is a related technology that allows a website to remember information in your browser without using a traditional cookie.
2. Strictly Necessary Session Cookies
qrfarm_public
QRfarm may use this session cookie on public content and contact-form pages to protect forms, maintain temporary submission status, preserve validation messages and support essential security. It normally expires when the browser session ends or according to the active server session configuration.
qrfarm_admin
This session cookie is restricted to the QRfarm administrative area. It supports authenticated administrative access and is not used to profile ordinary public visitors.
Strictly necessary cookies are required for security or features specifically requested by the user. They are not used for behavioral advertising.
3. Analytics Preference Storage
qrfarm_analytics_consent_v1
This is a local browser-storage record rather than a traditional cookie. It stores whether you accepted or rejected optional Google Analytics cookies so that QRfarm can remember your choice.
The preference remains in the browser until you change it, clear browser storage or use a browser mode that removes stored data.
4. Optional Google Analytics Cookies
QRfarm uses Google Analytics 4 through Google Tag Manager. Analytics cookies are enabled only after you select Accept analytics.

- Purpose: Distinguishes visitors for website-usage measurement.
- Default duration: Up to 2 years, subject to Google Analytics configuration and browser controls.

- Provider: Google Analytics
- Purpose: Maintains session state for the configured Google Analytics property.
- Default duration: Up to 2 years, subject to Google Analytics configuration and browser controls.
- Category: Optional analytics.
Google may update cookie names, duration or behavior as its services develop. Browser settings, consent state and Google Analytics configuration can also affect actual storage duration.
5. Google Consent Mode
QRfarm uses Google Consent Mode. Before you make a choice, and whenever analytics is rejected, the following consent settings remain denied:

When analytics storage is denied, Google Analytics cookies are not intentionally written or read. Google tags may send limited cookieless signals for consent and aggregate measurement. Advertising storage, advertising user data and advertising personalization remain denied by QRfarm’s current configuration.
6. Cloudflare Services
QRfarm uses Cloudflare for website delivery, protection and performance measurement. Cloudflare Web Analytics is designed to measure website performance and usage without placing analytics cookies or storing client-side analytics identifiers.
Cloudflare may use strictly necessary security cookies when required to identify trusted traffic, respond to malicious activity or complete a security challenge. Such cookies depend on the security features activated for a particular request and may not appear during ordinary visits.
7. Managing Your Preferences
You can review or change your Google Analytics choice at any time by selecting Analytics preferences under the LEGAL heading in the QRfarm footer.
You can also use your browser settings to view, block or delete cookies and browser storage. Blocking strictly necessary storage may prevent forms, security controls or other requested features from working correctly.
Google also provides a Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Browser extensions and privacy tools may independently block Google or Cloudflare resources.
