Reporting a Technical Problem

To help us understand and investigate a technical issue, please include as much relevant information as possible, such as:

• The type of QR code you were creating
• The browser and device you were using
• The selected download format
• A short description of what happened
• A screenshot of the problem, when available

Please do not include passwords, private Wi-Fi credentials, confidential documents or other sensitive information in your message.

Please note that QRfarm creates static QR codes. We cannot remotely change the content of a QR code after it has been generated and downloaded. To change its content, you will need to create and distribute a new QR code.
